Having vast experience in the field of Security and Manpower industry, first as an employee and then as a entrepreneur. Ramnivas singh Gurjar co-founded Standard Security and Labour Services in the year 2011. His vision, hard work and constant attention to the need of the client resulted in exponential growth of the company. Under his able guidance leadership the initial company managed to cross the turn over of more than Rs 10 crores within few years. He then felt that there is a lot of scope of innovation in the sector and he needed a leaner business model that capitalized our strategic assets. With a desire to re structure the company with a fresh and innovative approach to attain greater hights he started Standard Security & Manpower Solutions with Raghuraj J Gurjar Managing Director.

NIKITA INDUSTRIAL SECURITIES AGENCY is a private independent provider of security and complete security solutions in industries, corporate, retail, construction, and detective fields. The company is dedicated towards delving into new standards of security and surveillance support that far exceeds the expectation of its clients. Our well-trained and experienced staff, under his able guidance and leadership, is fully capable in handling all sensitive cases efficiently and effectively.

Having initially co-founded Standard Security and Labour Services in 2011, Mr. Gurjar witnessed the exponential growth of the original company. His vision, hard work, and constant attention to client needs played a crucial role, allowing the company to swiftly cross a turnover of more than Rs 10 crores within just a few years. Recognizing the vast scope for innovation in the sector, Mr. Gurjar desired a leaner business model that would strategically capitalize on core assets. This ambition led to the restructuring and launch of Standard Security & Manpower Solutions, where he now serves as Managing Director, driving the company forward with strategic foresight and an innovative edge.
