What We Collect
This website collects information only when you choose to submit it through one of our forms:
- Inquiry form (Home, Contact Us): your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in (optional), and your message.
- Job application form (Careers): the position you apply for, your name, age, contact number, height and weight (relevant to security job requirements), email address (optional), residential address, and your CV/resume if you choose to upload one.
We also record the IP address and date/time of each submission with the message, for security and anti-spam purposes.
Why We Collect It
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the service information you asked for.
- To evaluate your job application and contact you for interviews.
- To protect the forms from spam and abuse (rate limiting by IP address).
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Your details are used only to process your enquiry or application, and are handled by us and by the service providers that operate our email and website hosting.
Where Your Information Goes
Form submissions are emailed to our head office inbox and stored there. Uploaded CVs are stored in a protected folder on our web server that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to our HR and management staff.
How Long We Keep It
Job applications and CVs: 6 months, after which they are deleted
(unless you are hired — then as required by labour law).
Inquiries: as long as needed to handle your request and any
follow-up business.

Security
This site uses HTTPS. Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web area with access restrictions. No payment information is collected through this website.
