When the fire is out or the flood recedes, the site is at its most vulnerable — and the guard's job changes. Recovery and continuity is the third phase of our disaster framework, training Nikita Industrial Securities Agency officers to secure, document, and stabilise in the aftermath.

- Scene security — cordons, access control, and evidence preservation
- Supporting damage assessment and insurer or police walkthroughs
- Comprehensive incident reporting — timeline, actions, losses, and witnesses
- Re-entry protocols: structural clearance, utility checks, and safe zones
- Continuity support — temporary access arrangements, material movement logs, and heightened patrol during recovery
- After-action reviews and feeding lessons back into preparedness plans
Closing The Loop
Recovery completes the three-phase cycle: what is learned in recovery updates the risk assessment, strengthening the next round of preparedness. That loop is what makes our disaster training a system rather than a set of lectures.
