- Entry and exit management — queue design, ticket and pass checks, gate flow rates
- Positioning — sight lines, coverage of exits, and response lanes
- De-escalation — handling intoxicated, aggressive, or distressed individuals calmly
- Emergency response in dense crowds — evacuation wording, route opening, and medical access
- Coordination with organisers, police, and medical teams
